These beautifully speckled eggs are laid by our covey of Coturnix Quail.
Quail Eggs are more nutrient dense, ounce for ounce, than to chicken eggs and have a similar flavor but taste a bit richer due to the higher yolk content.  Quail eggs carry no risk of salmonella.
